1. INTRODUCTION
At Apache Gold Casino & Hotel, we strive to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. To maintain this standard, the following pet policy applies to all hotel rooms, public areas, and casino facilities.

Apache Gold Casino & Resort welcomes trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- A service animal is a dog (or in some cases a miniature horse) individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability.
- Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, or pets are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.
- Staff may ask only:
- What task or work has the animal been trained to perform?
- Is the animal required because of a disability?
Service animals must:
- Be under control at all times (leash, harness, or voice control)
- Be housebroken
- Not be disruptive, aggressive, or pose a safety risk
If a service animal is out of control or not housebroken, the guest may be asked to remove the animal from the property.
3. Pets & Non-Service Animals
- Pets and non-service animals are not permitted inside:
- Hotel rooms
- Casino floor
- Restaurants
- Bars
- Event spaces
- Any indoor public areas
- Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles or anywhere on property.
4. Damage & Cleaning Responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for:
- Any damage caused by their service animal
- Any excessive cleaning required due to accidents, shedding, or odor
Additional cleaning or repair fees may be charged to the guest’s account if necessary.
5. Health & Safety
Service animals must be free of fleas, ticks, and disease
Animals showing aggressive behavior or creating disturbances may be removed from the property
6. Violation of Policy
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- Removal from the property
Additional cleaning or damage fees
- Possible cancellation of stay without refund
