NON-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a user(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Services and interaction with the website (“Non-personal Information”). We are not able to identify the user from the Non-personal Information that is collected.

IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Information”). This may be collected when you subscribe for our email newsletters by providing us with your email address on the website, when you post a comment including your name and email address in response to one of our news pieces and when you make Reservations. Personal Information that you voluntarily provide is sometimes referred to in this Privacy Policy as “User Content.”

We may also collect specific types of connection details and information with respect to your device and hardware, such as IP addresses. Collection of IP addresses is particularly important to safeguard any information you provide with respect to Reservations.

If we combine Personal Information with Non-personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.

Registration Data

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

Support Data

If you have registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our third party Ticksy ticketing system. Only the data you explicitly provided is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to create a new support ticket. Comments

When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact Form

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Brevo. Brevo adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here: Brevo Privacy Policy.

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

Google Analytics
